We worked in partnership with the VWG GACQ team to design and develop an internal merchandise service.

• The service involved the design and creation of a core range of quality assured pre-selected merchandise and clothing.
• Delivered through the development of a bespoke online ordering system to enable internal departments to view and order from a core range of merchandise.

Results
The service has been well received across a large number of departments and grows in traction daily.

• The VWG team have completely outsourced the service to Formkraft; the team now have more time to dedicate to strategic priorities.
• The system has automated the entire ordering process, saving time and cost in delivering the service.
• Departments now have a pre - approved product range, resulting in improved product quality and lead times.
• Management information reports enable VWG to have visibility and control of merchandise spend.
